What is InternBetter?

InternBetter helps companies design, improve, and manage internship programs that are meaningful for interns and valuable for employers. We use a design thinking approach, deep listening, and tailored strategies to make internships better for everyone involved.

What services do you offer?

We provide program audits and redesigns, customized internship playbooks, manager training workshops, and ongoing support with feedback and evaluation. Each solution is tailored to your organization’s needs.

How does your design thinking approach work?

We start by listening — to your leaders, managers, and interns — and mapping out the full internship journey. From there, we identify challenges, prototype solutions, and implement changes that create real results.

Do you only work with companies in Florida?

While InternBetter is in the process of becoming officially certified in Florida, our services are available to organizations across the U.S. We’re committed to supporting companies wherever they are.

Can I start working with you before certification is finalized?

Yes. You can schedule a consultation and begin working with us right away. All services provided during our certification process are fully valid, and payments can be accepted under standard business practices.

Why should my company invest in improving its internship program?

Well-designed internships attract stronger candidates, boost retention, build a talent pipeline, and create lasting positive impressions of your company. In short, better internships lead to better business outcomes.

How do I get started?

Simply schedule a consultation through our contact page. We’ll learn about your current program (or your goals if you’re starting fresh), and then create a tailored plan for your organization.
